SITREP TRAINING  customised workshops are personal safety awareness programs empowering individuals with practical knowledge for their safety, work colleagues and their family’s safety in potentially dangerous situations. These workshops are not physical self-defence training, they are holistic based.

Applicable specifically to staff dealing with public in any and all industries. Safety on the way to work and getting home. Safety in public places, road rage incidents and family violence. (mores the pity)

Naomi is well known as a leader in her industry for protecting thousands of clients with her personal safety strategies and assault prevention actions and policies. Naomi has thirty plus years’ experience in security, safety and protection (in all facets of life). Including 13 years on the frontline as a female police officer in the Victorian police force managing: aggravated burglaries, fights, brawls, domestic violence and dangerous car pursuits, etc. Naomi understands body communications and best practice police tactics, she now shares her experience to keep others safe.

This hands-on F2F coaching and training, instructs your most important assets (staff) to:

  • utilize their sixth sense (the sixth sense refers to a person’s ability to intuitively understand and interpret nonverbal cues and emotions in social interactions) to detect any bad behaviour
  • de-escalate actual dangerous situations
  • be aware of their immediate environment any time of day, in any location
  • protect themselves with what exists in that room/space
  • change/raise and engage their perceptions to avoid direct physical and/or emotional threats, intimidations, and risks.

The workshops are real situation awareness scenarios with layers of security/law enforcement experience to empower your staff to be aware of their environment: i.e., aggressive people, people with criminal and abusive intent etc.

Employers have peace of mind and may benefit financially from reduced Workcover costs, the cost of re-hiring to replace traumatized staff and may be shielded from legal litigation. A costly excercise,indeed.
